Monitoring - We appreciate your patience today as Amazon Web Services (our cloud provider) experiences one of its biggest outages in years.

Snippet creation (and possibly editing) is affected by this outage. We're closely monitoring the situation and checking updates from the AWS team, and will keep you posted.

Video uploads taking unusually long to process
Resolved - Video transcodes are now taking their normal expected time to complete.

Update - As of 10:03 AM Pacific Time, Amazon reported that they are still experiencing internal issues. At this point, everything within our platform seems to be fully functional (aside from occasional slow responses), except for video uploads/transcoding. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide another update within the next few hours.

Update - It looks like videos do upload and transcode, but it can take several minutes (10-20 minutes) due to degraded performance on AWS. Please be patient; we expect this to return to normal sometime today.

Audio uploads not working
Resolved - Audio uploads appear to be working again, but snippet creation is still non-functional. We'll close this incident as resolved, and create a separate one for snippet creation/editing.

Resolved - This morning, there was a major AWS (Amazon Web Services) outage that impacted the entire ReelCrafer application, including reels and embedded players. It began around 2:00 AM Central Time, and was resolved around 6:00 AM.
